About the role

  • Identify sales opportunities and growth potential within current and prospective accounts in alignment with Kamatics’ marketing and sales strategies
  • Develop and execute account strategies, sales campaigns, and targeted growth initiatives
  • Conduct sales calls and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers at various organizational levels
  • Manage a defined sales territory and collaborate cross-functionally with internal Kamatics teams to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts; communicate activities, provide updates, and deliver reports to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints; coordinate issue resolution with appropriate internal teams
  • Update and maintain sales presentations and materials to ensure Kamatics remains at the forefront of providing customer-focused solutions
  • Make recommendations to management regarding new sales initiatives, market opportunities, and territory strategies
  • Prepare and submit monthly activity and sales reports to management
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all safety and environmental procedures and regulations; report safety incidents as required
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes, tools, and procedures; contribute to 5S initiatives where applicable
  • Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers while promoting a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of technical experience in an Aerospace and/or Military Aviation environment
  • Demonstrated success in technical sales, account management, or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strong capability to interact effectively with senior and executive-level customer stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
  • Customer-focused approach with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Sound decision-making and initiative
  • Effective negotiation and presentation skills
  • Sales and territory management expertise
  • Valid driver’s license
