About the role
- Identify sales opportunities and growth potential within current and prospective accounts in alignment with Kamatics’ marketing and sales strategies
- Develop and execute account strategies, sales campaigns, and targeted growth initiatives
- Conduct sales calls and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers at various organizational levels
- Manage a defined sales territory and collaborate cross-functionally with internal Kamatics teams to achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts; communicate activities, provide updates, and deliver reports to customers and internal stakeholders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints; coordinate issue resolution with appropriate internal teams
- Update and maintain sales presentations and materials to ensure Kamatics remains at the forefront of providing customer-focused solutions
- Make recommendations to management regarding new sales initiatives, market opportunities, and territory strategies
- Prepare and submit monthly activity and sales reports to management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all safety and environmental procedures and regulations; report safety incidents as required
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, tools, and procedures; contribute to 5S initiatives where applicable
- Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers while promoting a positive, collaborative team environment
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of technical experience in an Aerospace and/or Military Aviation environment
- Demonstrated success in technical sales, account management, or customer-facing engineering roles
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Strong capability to interact effectively with senior and executive-level customer stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
- Customer-focused approach with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Sound decision-making and initiative
- Effective negotiation and presentation skills
- Sales and territory management expertise
- Valid driver’s license
