Mobile Crisis Supervisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and lead daily mobile crisis operations
- Oversee performance management and innovations for core KPIs
- Shadow staff members in person at least twice per month
- Monitor and maintain quality management program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year in a clinical and operational leadership position
- Preference for candidates with 2-3+ years of demonstrated leadership in supervisory roles in behavioral health
- 1 to 2 years Mobile Crisis experience strongly preferred
- 1 to 3 years of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities experience preferred
- Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline with a valid license to practice in Georgia as LPC or LCSW
