About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Mobile Crisis Manager in supervising a team providing Mobile Crisis Response Services
- Oversee training, monitoring, and evaluation of staff
- Ensure timely response to calls and adequate follow-up interventions
- Manage daily mobile crisis operations
- Provide administrative/clinical leadership to the program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year in a clinical and operational leadership position
- Preference for 2-3+ years in supervisory, managerial, or team leader roles, particularly in behavioral health
- 1 to 2 years Mobile Crisis experience strongly preferred
- 1 to 3 years of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities experience preferred
- Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline with a valid license to practice in Georgia (LPC or LCSW)
