About the role
- Responsible for revising and actively maintaining SOPs in close collaboration with our experienced QP
- Assist in the establishment and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System
- Take on the role of “Responsible Person” for wholesale at clients in the cannabis sector – you will be closely supported by our QP at the beginning
- Support preparation for and attendance at audits and the creation of associated documentation
- Collaborate with various departments and external clients to implement regulatory requirements
- Opportunity to propose and independently implement your own ideas for process improvements
Requirements
- Completed training as a PTA or PKA, or alternatively a scientific degree (biology, chemistry) with 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent German and residence in Germany required
- Very good English skills
- Structured, careful and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to travel occasionally worldwide (approx. 2–4 times per year)
- Initial experience in pharmaceutical quality management, particularly with SOPs and QMS
- Advantageous or willingness to quickly become familiar with: solid knowledge of regulatory basics (GMP, GDP, AMWHV, etc.)
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry
- Experience as a “Responsible Person” in pharmaceutical wholesale
