About the role

  • Responsible for revising and actively maintaining SOPs in close collaboration with our experienced QP
  • Assist in the establishment and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System
  • Take on the role of “Responsible Person” for wholesale at clients in the cannabis sector – you will be closely supported by our QP at the beginning
  • Support preparation for and attendance at audits and the creation of associated documentation
  • Collaborate with various departments and external clients to implement regulatory requirements
  • Opportunity to propose and independently implement your own ideas for process improvements

Requirements

  • Completed training as a PTA or PKA, or alternatively a scientific degree (biology, chemistry) with 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent German and residence in Germany required
  • Very good English skills
  • Structured, careful and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel occasionally worldwide (approx. 2–4 times per year)
  • Initial experience in pharmaceutical quality management, particularly with SOPs and QMS
  • Advantageous or willingness to quickly become familiar with: solid knowledge of regulatory basics (GMP, GDP, AMWHV, etc.)
  • Experience in the medical cannabis industry
  • Experience as a “Responsible Person” in pharmaceutical wholesale
