About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and grow a client portfolio, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, providing strategic advice, troubleshooting, and client onboarding
Prepare and deliver strategic presentations: kick-offs, performance reviews, and proactive planning
Contribute to strategic projects related to new products, the advisory services team, and internal or client-facing processes
Ensure successful delivery of client mandates in SEO, advertising, social media, and website launches/delivery
Monitor on-time delivery of engagements and identify accounts that are over- or under-performing
Collaborate with strategy teams to develop client recommendations
Analyze results, present monthly reports, and participate in annual client meetings
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Support team structuring, internal projects, implementation of AI tools, and the creation of templates
Directly manage the team of Digital Advisors and Senior Digital Advisors for the large SME and enterprise portfolio
Oversee the team's client portfolio and step in when accounts require escalation or hands-on management
Be present for key client moments, including annual renewals and upsell opportunities
Support the team in achieving upsell, retention, and utilization targets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in account management, client relations, and portfolio management
Agency experience is a strong asset
Solid understanding of digital marketing, advertising platforms, and analytics tools, including GA4
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Results-oriented approach
Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bilingual in French and English
Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with clients and internal stakeholders
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
