About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic and operational management of Paid Media campaigns
  • Define, plan and execute the overall acquisition strategy: Search (SEA/SEM), Paid Social, Programmatic
  • Build and optimize multichannel campaigns according to objectives (traffic, conversions, sales, ROAS)
  • Ensure operational quality: account structuring, weekly monitoring, bid management adjustments, A/B testing
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPI / ROAS / CPA / CPC / CRO / sales / share of voice)
  • Create dashboards, reports and insights to derive actionable recommendations
  • Maintain active monitoring of trends: new Search (SEA/SEM) formats, AI & automation, and Meta/Google developments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of Paid Media experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel strategies: Search, Social, Display, Retail
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking & attribution
  • Strong analytical, interpretation and synthesis skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent)
  • Building media plans and participating in pre-sales
  • Comfortable with client interactions: clear communication, proactivity, and a strong ability to recommend solutions
  • Degree in digital marketing or equivalent
  • Bilingual in French and English
