About the role
- Support a portfolio of SME clients by building strong, long-term relationships
- Onboard each new client by establishing a clear, engaging framework from the first interactions
- Advise clients to align marketing activities with their business objectives
- Identify meaningful upsell and cross-sell opportunities that create value
- Anticipate pain points and quickly propose concrete solutions
- Lead key moments with various experts: launches, reviews, performance check-ins, and recommendations
- Ensure follow-up and quality of delivered work (SEO, Ads, websites...)
- Monitor timelines and coordinate follow-up with different teams
- Identify underperforming accounts and develop action plans with experts
- Track and analyze results, and present monthly reports to clients
- Participate in structuring projects: developing new offerings, improving processes, implementing tools...
- Conduct regular monitoring to contribute to knowledge sharing and help the team stay up to date and improve
Requirements
- Comfortable supporting both French- and English-speaking clients, in writing and verbally, with nuance, clarity, and professionalism
- Able to build trust with clients by simplifying complex topics, communicating warmly, and being reliably available when needed
- Solid understanding of marketing channels (SEO, Ads, Tracking) and web projects (WordPress, Shopify…)
- Have foundational knowledge and, above all, a desire to learn
- Organize work with rigor: clear calendar, controlled priorities, and knowing when to engage experts
- Sales acumen: recognize relevant opportunities for clients and turn them into sensible recommendations
