About the role

  • Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the company
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen how learning is developed, delivered, and embedded into the employee experience
  • Support instructional design efforts
  • Contribute to professional development and career growth programs
  • Assist in bringing learning initiatives from concept through execution
  • Assist in the design, development, and update of training materials
  • Research learning trends and best practices to enhance training content
  • Support onboarding experiences and contribute ideas to enhance learning engagement
  • Help organize content to support skills mapping and career pathways
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams
  • Track participation, engagement, and basic program metrics
  • Gather and incorporate feedback to improve programs and materials
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking required training programs, including compliance-related courses
  • Support administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, assignments, updates, and completion tracking
  • Prepare communications and reminders related to required training

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or master’s degree in training and development, human resources, education, instructional design, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Initiative, accountability, and follow-through
  • Comfort with receiving and applying feedback, as well as having work reviewed for quality control
  • Creative thinking and willingness to contribute new ideas and approaches to learning
  • Basic project coordination or project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Exposure to e-learning tools or platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, LMS platforms, or similar tools) is a plus
