About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the company
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen how learning is developed, delivered, and embedded into the employee experience
Support instructional design efforts
Contribute to professional development and career growth programs
Assist in bringing learning initiatives from concept through execution
Assist in the design, development, and update of training materials
Research learning trends and best practices to enhance training content
Support onboarding experiences and contribute ideas to enhance learning engagement
Help organize content to support skills mapping and career pathways
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams
Track participation, engagement, and basic program metrics
Gather and incorporate feedback to improve programs and materials
Assist in coordinating and tracking required training programs, including compliance-related courses
Support administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, assignments, updates, and completion tracking
Prepare communications and reminders related to required training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or master’s degree in training and development, human resources, education, instructional design, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Initiative, accountability, and follow-through
Comfort with receiving and applying feedback, as well as having work reviewed for quality control
Creative thinking and willingness to contribute new ideas and approaches to learning
Basic project coordination or project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Exposure to e-learning tools or platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, LMS platforms, or similar tools) is a plus
