About the role
- Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the company
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen how learning is developed, delivered, and embedded into the employee experience
- Support instructional design efforts
- Contribute to professional development and career growth programs
- Assist in bringing learning initiatives from concept through execution
- Assist in the design, development, and update of training materials
- Research learning trends and best practices to enhance training content
- Support onboarding experiences and contribute ideas to enhance learning engagement
- Help organize content to support skills mapping and career pathways
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams
- Track participation, engagement, and basic program metrics
- Gather and incorporate feedback to improve programs and materials
- Assist in coordinating and tracking required training programs, including compliance-related courses
- Support administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, assignments, updates, and completion tracking
- Prepare communications and reminders related to required training
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or master’s degree in training and development, human resources, education, instructional design, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Initiative, accountability, and follow-through
- Comfort with receiving and applying feedback, as well as having work reviewed for quality control
- Creative thinking and willingness to contribute new ideas and approaches to learning
- Basic project coordination or project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Exposure to e-learning tools or platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, LMS platforms, or similar tools) is a plus
