Key responsibilities & impact

Build, implement, and continuously improve Integra’s safety programs, policies, and practices across multiple locations
Maintain a strong field presence to coach leaders, reinforce safe work practices, and identify risk in active job site environments
Lead audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions with a focus on practical, lasting improvement
Partner with Operations, field leaders, and HR to embed safety into day-to-day execution and leadership routines
Support customer safety requests, contractor prequalification efforts, and safety-related documentation and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years of progressive safety experience in construction, field services, industrial, or similar multi-site environments
Demonstrated success building, improving, or standing up safety programs and processes
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, reporting requirements, and incident investigation practices
Safety certification such as CHST, ASP, CSP, OSHA 30, OSHA 500/510, or similar preferred
Proven ability to work independently, influence leaders, and build credibility quickly across the organization.
