Associate Sales Representative
Integra LifeSciencesAssociate Sales Representative supporting Acclarent ENT products in San Antonio/Austin territory. Working under an Account Manager to expand sales and provide clinical support.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Associate Sales Representative, under the supervision of an aligned Account Manager, will be expected to expand the sales and utilization of Acclarent ENT products, convert competitive accounts, and provide clinical and administrative support to the territory of San Antonio/Austin for all sales related activities.
- The ASR will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our ENT devices in an operating room, private practice, and/or ASC setting.
- The ASR will be developed by the Account Manager.
- The ASR will be expected to support surgeries independently, following formal and field training.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to aligned Account Manager and/or next management level.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
- The ASR is responsible for delivering on MBOs from the Regional Business Manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- An Undergraduate Bachelor's degree required
- One or more years of relevant sales, clinical or professional experience preferred
- The ability to work in an operating room, private practice, and ASC environment is required
- A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is required
- Eager to Learn the basics of the ENT space and the medical device field
- The ASR must be coachable, as this is a developmental role
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and ever-changing competitive market
- Documentation of successful sales performance is preferred
- Experience covering large geographies preferred
- Experience selling technical, capital and disposable products preferred
- Must have and maintain knowledge of healthcare industry, medical device industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
- Must successfully complete company training programs
- Must have valid driver's license in the state of residence, advanced computer skills, and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager.
- Must be willing and able to travel overnight and locally, regionally, and nationally up to 50%.
