Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience and/or search firm recruiting experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences specializing in Engineering, Quality, and/or other related Technical functions
  • 2+ years recruiting leadership level roles
  • Familiar with Workday ATS desired and experience working with a CRM
  • Capable of conceptualizing and developing processes/SOPs
  • Expert knowledge of employment and data privacy related laws.
  • Ability to travel domestically and or internationally as needed.
