About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for marketing related to Wound Reconstruction product(s)
- Creating and executing omni-channel brand strategies within the product portfolio and marketing function consistent with overall business objectives
- Leading development and execution of marketing plans, tactical programs, tradeshows, sales team education, supporting medical education/bioskills labs, and product commercialization
- Define strategic product line priorities by evaluating competitors, market share, and industry trends
- Develop brand assets including sales collateral, digital/social media campaigns, demo tools and selling framework required for product promotion, training and education
- Support development of sales training plans and events for the Wound Reconstruction Portfolio
- Deliver product training to sales representatives
- Works collaboratively with Global Marketing and other related departments to ensure products are optimally positioned in the market
- Lead development and execution of digital strategy in collaboration with corporate marketing
- Develop, continuously monitor and disseminate unit demand forecasts
- Help prepare and manage revenue forecasts and opex budgets related to assigned product line(s)
- Support the Company’s medical education initiative by assisting in the preparation and implementation of surgeon training courses
- Plan, execute and/or participate in designated tradeshows and conferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or related discipline
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years marketing experience in the medical device or closely related industry
- Direct marketing experience with regenerative tissue/wound reconstruction a plus
- Ability to develop comprehensive strategies across therapeutic areas, aligning cross functional partners
- Understanding of the hospital inpatient and outpatient care setting reimbursement landscape
- Created components of comprehensive marketing plans
- Effectively worked with both direct and indirect sales force to achieve results
- Implemented elements of brand positioning strategies that resulted in incremental demand for products
- Demonstrated project management and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytic skills, specifically marketing and financial analysis
- Flawless execution of communication and promotional campaigns (e.g. labs, tradeshows, customer education)
- Ability to travel 30% of time
