About the role
- Senior finance leadership for Cardiac Rhythm Management & Neuromodulation Product Category and Product Line, partnering with CFO and CRMN President.
- Responsible for CRMN financial results and leading a team of ~15 professionals across 6 manufacturing and R&D sites.
- Drive above market growth, margin expansion, and cash performance; provide strategic financial analysis and decision support.
- Develop and maintain forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP/Budget), and long-range forecasts; provide early warnings on business performance.
- Lead financial processes including strategic plans, budgets, quarterly forecasts, and integration support for tuck-in acquisitions and M&A analysis.
- Provide clear communication of performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to CRMN President and Executive Leadership Team.
- Lead team development, goal setting, performance management, coaching for direct and indirect reports.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
- MBA or advanced degree a plus, but not required.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to recognize trends and patterns in the business and strategically look at the business and make recommendations for solutions.
- Analytical thinking, modeling and forecasts experience.
- Detailed analysis experience including comparisons to budget, forecast and prior year.
- Understanding of GAAP accounting.
- Database knowledge and strong communication and presentation skills, regularly presenting to management.
- Travel up to 15-20% depending on business needs.
