About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive revenue growth for assigned customers through value-added solutions and contract negotiation
  • Retain and increase profitable penetration of existing accounts
  • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with customer decision makers
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities, secure resources, and execute sales strategies and pull-through tactics
  • Develop and execute account strategies to promote revenue growth and increase market share
  • Engage key influencers and decision makers, especially C-level executives and senior managers
  • Stay informed on products, services, customer opportunities, account conditions, prospects, measurements, and competitive landscape
  • Provide direction and guidance to Field Sales Engineers on strategic deals and service levels
  • Develop technical expertise related to the company and industry
  • Present customer KPIs to review quarterly service performance
  • Maintain expenses within budget and generate required reports
  • Perform other required functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Adherence to Integer’s values and all safety and quality requirements
  • Compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements
  • Successful completion of Sales Training, shop floor experience, local training, and self-study
  • Technical expertise related to the company and industry
  • Ability to maintain expenses within budget and generate required reports
  • Remote work must be performed entirely outside Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, and Washington
