About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the definition, development, and effective implementation of all product management plans for market or product segment within a Product Category.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing business strategies and leading interdisciplinary teams charged with growing a specific market or product segment.
  • Building a financial plan that aligns with the short-term and long-term expectations of a specific market or product segment.
  • Adheres to Integer’s Values and safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.
  • Leads a cross-functional Growth Team responsible for a specific market or product segment within a Product Category.
  • Oversees and manages product lifecycle from product planning to phasing out of product(s).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 10 years or more of progressive Product Management, Product Development, Marketing, or Commercial Sales leadership experience.
  • Med-tech product experience preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multi-level direct reports; effective in building team capability, attracting and developing talent.
  • Proven capability to influence and drive cross-functional teams to successful execution of plans; ensures accountability.
  • Strong organization, project lifecycle and planning skills; adept at translating market research and analysis into action plans.
  • Understanding and proficiency in core up and downstream marketing processes including Product & Technology Roadmaps, Marketing Plans (Upstream & Downstream), Strategic Planning.
