About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply engineering principles and practices to New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Identify and evaluate procedures for quality production
- Develop new test methods and conduct validation studies
- Provide technical guidance and document process improvements
- Support regulatory inspections and audits
- Lead cross-functional project teams for NPI support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of progressive engineering experience
- Awareness of relevant Domestic and International Regulations and Industry Standards (e.g. ISO, QSR, UL, MDD, TGA)
- 6-Sigma training (green belt as a minimum, black belt preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of statistics and use of Minitab
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to be an effective technical contributor
