Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership, direction and focus to ensure operational excellence for manufacturing facilities
Responsible for managing a team of Directors of Operations
Champions quality policy and vision
Accountable for quality standards across the product category
Champions continuous improvement activities
Collaborates with colleagues to identify best practices and drives policies across operations
Leads and manages the annual budget planning process
Provides in-depth analysis of financial performance of manufacturing facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or similar technical discipline
8-10 years senior management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in healthcare or regulated industry with multiple plant leadership preferred
Proven track record of managing operations teams, building high-performance manufacturing organizations and delivering high quality products on time and on budget
Proven track record of delivering results in a high-performance continuous improvement environment through implementation of and expertise with lean manufacturing methodologies
Demonstrated business acumen with understanding of the P&L and balance sheet
