About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.
Contribute to definition and execution of infrastructure strategies and platform roadmaps.
Identify emerging infrastructure and cloud technologies with potential applicability at Integer.
Evaluate new platform capabilities, tools, and services, providing recommendations on fitness, risk, and value.
Partner with the Head of Infrastructure on long‑term platform direction, investment priorities, and modernization initiatives.
Provide direct people leadership to infrastructure engineering teams.
Own day‑to‑day infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance.
Lead operational response for infrastructure incidents and escalations.
Ensure consistent execution of incidents, problem, and change processes for infrastructure platforms.
Manage infrastructure vendor and managed service provider relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or with equivalent work experience.
Minimum Experience: 10+ years of IT‑related experience in enterprise infrastructure environments.
5+ years of demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including leading technical teams and managing performance, priorities, and development.
5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, engineering, or operations roles.
Experience working in customer service or technical service organizations preferred.
Strong operational and execution leadership.
Deep technical knowledge across: Networking, Server and cloud infrastructure, M365 / collaboration platforms, Endpoint and device management.
Working knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change).
Ability to lead cross‑domain architecture discussions.
Vendor and MSP oversight experience.
