About the role

  • Adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements
  • Identify potential new business opportunities by attending trade shows in APAC area
  • Work closely with each site and internal functions to manage customer relations
  • Build good relationship with customer stakeholders to secure business and grow revenue in APAC area
  • Follow-up to ensure appropriate completion of special requests and resolution of product/service issues
  • Keep informed on new products, services, and general information through training and self-study
  • Support preparation for trade shows and liaise with local vendors
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that may adversely affect customer relations/sales revenue
  • Responsible for maintaining expenses within budget and generating required reporting
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, English, engineering or related discipline
  • 5 years in medical device industry, or related business to business sales/commercial support experience
  • Proven successful track record in sales support and territory management
  • Proven experience in selling components, sub-assembly and/or finished goods in technical solutions selling environment
  • Completion of formal sales training program(s) a plus
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin
  • Deep understanding of medical device and/or contract manufacturing industry
  • Strength in customer call planning/execution and sales opportunity development
  • Analyze, understand and effectively communicate technical material
  • Assess financial impact of deals and opportunities
