About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the single point of accountability to the Government for all matters relating to daily contract operations.
Work directly with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to resolve issues and ensure performance compliance.
Oversee production and timely submission of all contract deliverables.
Lead financial management activities including finance reporting and MDEP tracking.
Track and reconcile MIPRs and Funding Authorization Documents (FADs).
Coordinate with all 54 states and territories on equipment movement and maintenance selection.
Manage TMDE program coordination and oversee Secondary Transportation (SDT) fund management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience supporting federal government services contracts.
At least 5 years in a Program Manager, Contract Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
Prior experience supporting an Army or DoD G-staff (G-3, G-4, G-8) or equivalent MAJCOM-level headquarters element.
Demonstrated expertise in Army or DoD financial management and the PPBE process.
Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and contract administration.
