About the role
- Provide planning, execution, and analysis support for National Military Command System (NMCS) assessments and exercises across the NC3 portfolio.
- Evaluate end-to-end command and control capabilities across the full spectrum of crisis operations.
- Develop assessment requirements and objectives, analyze results to identify trends and enterprise risk.
- Provide senior leadership with actionable recommendations to improve operational readiness and mission assurance.
- Plan, execute, and analyze NMCS assessments and exercises.
- Support preparation of Flag Officer/General Officer principals for senior forums.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with NC2-ESI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in assessments, exercises, operations, or analysis supporting complex nuclear or command and control systems.
- U.S. Citizenship.
