About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate the current state of UI implementation across the product.
Assess the long-term suitability of the current frontend stack.
Develop mechanisms that enforce UI standards programmatically.
Design and build a reusable component library and set of common page templates.
Build UI for AI-driven product surfaces.
Develop and maintain tooling and infrastructure for UX designers.
Partner with designers to unblock workflows and resolve tooling issues.
Implement high-quality UI features using established standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on Next.js and TypeScript.
Experience building UI for AI-powered products.
Hands-on experience building or maintaining a design system or component library in a production SaaS environment.
Deep familiarity with shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools.
Comfort working across the design/engineering boundary.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong opinions about UI architecture.
