About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, manage, and develop a team of Field Effectiveness Managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enablement needs across field leadership teams.
- Lead on AI fluency and drive adoption of AI-assisted selling practices.
- Own field communications, training programming, and content for each GTM segment.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and professional services leadership to identify capability gaps.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in go-to-market-facing roles, with a foundation in sales or customer success.
- 3+ years in enablement leadership with direct people management experience.
- A demonstrated track record of building go-to-market methodology.
- An AI-native mindset on how AI tools change go-to-market teams' work.
- Strong program architecture skills.
- Clear, executive-level communication skills.
- A data-literate approach using performance metrics for prioritization.
