About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Development and Product Management to design and deliver new functionality
- Perform deep dives into both systemic and latent reliability issues; partner with software engineers to produce and roll out fixes
- Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services in conjunction with SREs
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company
- Participate in on-call rotation with 12-hour shifts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands on experience in building fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems
- Hands on experience with Azure building and running production workloads
- Production experience of managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes
- Expertise in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps
- Programming skills in C# and .NET
- Solid experience with observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry
- Developed SLOs for SaaS products
- Hands on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows
- Designed and implemented load testing of distributed systems
