Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Strategic Enterprise Engagements
Serve as the engagement lead for enterprise clients, applying deep industry expertise to architect tailored solutions
Conduct advanced analysis of client operations and data ecosystems to design scalable platform configurations
Operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
Collaborate with Technical Leads to produce clear, comprehensive design documentation
Deliver customized training sessions to client teams
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement
Develop and apply scalable design frameworks
Lead QA efforts
Analyze legacy data sets to inform system architecture
Proactively manage and resolve client escalations
Contribute to pre-sales activities by shaping solution scope
Collaborate with peers and junior team members to elevate delivery quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8+ years of experience in client-facing, project-based software implementation
3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related financial services
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and data architecture
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
Collaborative mindset with experience supporting team development and cross-functional initiatives
Passion for continuous learning and innovation in technology and industry trends
Self-directed and proactive with a commitment to excellence and client success.
Preferred: Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Preferred: Experience with SQL or relational database concepts.
Preferred: Familiarity with DealCloud platform best practices and enterprise SaaS implementation methodologies.
