What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a Compliance or IT role.
12+ years of related work experience overall.
Strong understanding of compliance processes and operational needs of professional services firms.
Familiarity with Intapp Compliance software or comparable platforms is preferred.
Organized, disciplined, and flexible independent professional.
Strong ability to task-switch and manage multiple competing projects.
Emotionally intelligent, engaged listener, and thoughtful communicator.
Ability to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders.
Demonstrated maturity navigating complex business environments.
