About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of mid-market private capital and investment banking accounts.
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable growth.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and client check-ins to align on outcomes and priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in account management at a SaaS, technology, or subscription business.
  • Familiarity with private capital or broader financial services markets, preferably investment banking.
  • Proven ability to close expansion deals or drive renewals at the executive level.
  • Strong communicator with a bias for ownership, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • CRM experience and willingness to travel and present to clients as needed.
