Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms.

Monitor client health and act proactively to resolve friction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in account management at a SaaS, technology, or subscription business.
Familiarity with private capital or broader financial services markets, preferably investment banking.
Proven ability to close expansion deals or drive renewals at the executive level.
Strong communicator with a bias for ownership, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration.
CRM experience and willingness to travel and present to clients as needed.
