About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead hands-on development of products and AI-powered features.
Partner with Product Management to define and drive AI integration strategy.
Communicate and partner with engineers, product management, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
Define and contribute to AI feature technical requirements, specifications, and prompt strategies.
Perform code review and provide feedback on code quality, scalability, and performance.
Mentor less experienced team members on software design.
Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows that integrate seamlessly into enterprise product surfaces.
Evaluate and monitor AI feature performance in production using observability tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in C#
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Experience in developing enterprise-grade web services.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Practical experience integrating large language models (LLMs).
Ability to collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into AI-augmented product features.
