About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead the Revenue Operations strategy to improve productivity, scalability, and revenue performance.
  • Own and continuously optimize end-to-end go-to-market processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering leaders to align systems, tools, and processes.
  • Drive automation and systems innovation, influencing roadmap priorities and leveraging technology to scale operations efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class data governance practices.
  • Own reporting, analytics, and performance measurement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability to define and execute Revenue Operations strategies in complex, global B2B or enterprise software environments.
  • Deep expertise in designing and scaling go-to-market processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Strong track record of owning outcomes, driving cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with experience in high-growth or evolving organizations.
  • Exceptional ability to translate data into insights, strategy, and action at both operational and executive levels.
  • Skilled at aligning stakeholders, driving adoption, and communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams (or strong readiness to do so).
