About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the operational rhythm — maintaining a comprehensive, current view of all active projects, commitments, and deliverables across teams.
Build, maintain, and deliver regular reports and briefings for C-level leadership.
Follow up consistently and proactively on open deliverables.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between the team and executive leadership.
Establish and continuously improve internal processes, reporting frameworks, and governance structures.
Identify execution or communication gaps early and drive resolution.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings: set clear agendas, drive productive discussions, capture decisions, and own follow-through on every action item.
Act as a trusted operational partner to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, business operations, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in operations, R&D management, or a related function.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level reporting.
Strong follow-through and accountability.
Experience partnering with talent acquisition on technical hiring.
Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise software products.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
Exposure to professional services industries (legal, accounting, consulting, or financial services).
Experience with program or project management tools and executive reporting frameworks.
