About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end technical oversight of Intapp Risk solution deployments to production cloud environments.
Define, document, and champion cloud deployment best practices across all relevant stakeholders.
Partner with project teams to prepare and execute each cloud deployment.
Execute and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipeline jobs to orchestrate and automate cloud migration deployments.
Serve as the primary liaison between implementation teams and internal organizations.
Enable and upskill implementation partners on Compliance cloud deployment standards and procedures.
Collaborate with the Compliance BU program-lead to ensure established protocols are documented and communicated to all implementers.
Work closely with the Product team to continuously improve the cloud deployment process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 - 5 years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role within a SaaS Professional Services organization.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Proficiency with web services (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OData, SOAP), and SQL.
Demonstrated success leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management initiatives with clients.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities as a self-starter.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; substantial direct client interaction.
Collaborative team player who can coordinate effectively across diverse teams.
