About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end technical oversight of Intapp Risk solution deployments to production cloud environments.
- Define, document, and champion cloud deployment best practices across all relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with project teams to prepare and execute each cloud deployment.
- Execute and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipeline jobs to orchestrate and automate cloud migration deployments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between implementation teams and internal organizations.
- Enable and upskill implementation partners on Compliance cloud deployment standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Compliance BU program-lead to ensure established protocols are documented and communicated to all implementers.
- Work closely with the Product team to continuously improve the cloud deployment process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role within a SaaS Professional Services organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proficiency with web services (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OData, SOAP), and SQL.
- Demonstrated success leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management initiatives with clients.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities as a self-starter.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; substantial direct client interaction.
- Collaborative team player who can coordinate effectively across diverse teams.
