About the role

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending offers, and initiating the on-boarding process
  • Source passive candidates using proactive recruiting methods for open positions while building a pipeline of talent for future needs
  • Quickly ramp on new business areas, translating hiring needs into actionable talent strategies
  • Operate as a utility player, flexing across priorities based on business demand
  • Drive urgency across the hiring process, ensuring feedback, scheduling, and decisions happen within defined timelines
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the Intapp brand is well represented
  • Partner with hiring managers to define clear role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive efficient interview processes
  • Build pipelines for roles aligned to emerging areas including AI, data, and enterprise SaaS
  • Proactively manage interview feedback and decision-making to ensure timely hiring outcomes
  • Maintain company’s ATS (workday/HireEZ) by updating candidate and requisition statuses
  • Provide general backup to the Senior Technical Recruiters and all other recruiters as needed

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, Corporate), not limited to a single domain
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and drive accountability
  • Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates initiative and eagerness to learn
  • Bonus: Prior full life cycle recruiting in a disruptive technology (SaaS) company
  • Bonus: Experience of recruiting in the alternative financial and professional service industries
