About the role

Work with Development and Product Management to design and deliver new functionality.
Perform deep dives into both systemic and latent reliability issues.
Partner with software engineers to produce and roll out fixes.
Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for the company.
Work in an agile operations framework, balancing sprint-based work with daily operational needs.
Participate in on-call rotation with 12 hours shifts.

Hands-on experience in building fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with Azure building and running production workloads.
Production experience of managing .NET/IIS using Docker and Kubernetes.
Expert in Configuration Management and CI/CD with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
Programming skills in C# and .NET.
Solid experience with observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
Developed SLOs for SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.
Designed and implemented load testing of distributed systems.
