About the role
- Assist segment team members in ongoing maintenance and update of critical client and opportunity data.
- Become expert in Intapp’s contracts and entitlements system and processes.
- Provide guidance to sales team on account & contract complexity and Intapp Deal Standards for all active opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Services, Deal Management, and Contract Ops to review, approve, and process non-standard deals.
- Ensure on-going tracking of all deal elements that may have revenue recognition implications.
- Act as segment representative to Contracts and Revenue teams to ensure on-going visibility.
- Assist segment sales team in the creation and maintenance of their Deals in CRM.
- Act as resource to request new agreements from Contracts.
- Play a client advocacy role by collaborating with Contracts to resolve questions/issues and ensure expeditious processing of new requests.
- Facilitate pre-closure deal audits.
- Perform on-going data audits to continuously validate critical system information on clients and transactions.
- Assist in a wide range of support tasks, utilizing strong organizational and analytical skills, under the supervision of CRM, Contract and Legal Operations leaders.
- Contribute as a team player to help maximize the value of the CRM team as an effective, respected, and valued resource within the company.
- Provide training on internal processes and systems to Sales team members in your segment.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Dealdesk role in SaaS company
- Experience using Salesforce
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage time, and to successfully complete challenging projects
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong report creation skills
- Proven experience providing excellent operational support to client-facing organizations.
- Strong financial and business acumen with a client service mentality
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources
- Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, influence and network with a broad spectrum of internal and external colleagues and customers
- Self-starter, reliable, honest and a proven team player
- Resourceful problem solver, driven by results and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
