Product Marketing

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO and Sales leadership, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance optimization
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing performance summaries, identifying key trends, and contributing strategic insights.
• Support sales compensation strategy and analytics, including modeling, performance tracking, and scenario planning.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations across various systems and sources.
• Monitor and analyze corporate and functional KPIs across multiple departments, including Sales Services, Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships to proactively identify business needs and deliver strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to define and refine KPIs, enabling self-service analytics through scalable dashboard solutions.
