About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage file storage and retrieval process for closed files.
  • Provide various administrative support such as printing, scanning, etc.
  • Open new claims and assign appropriate claims adjusters.
  • Process, coordinate, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Process requests such as plate searches and Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) to assist claims adjusters.
  • Identify process improvements to management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School or College Diploma including business/administration training or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  • Ability to consistently perform at a superior level with respect to both the accuracy and volume of work completed.
  • Effective communications skills with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Strong computer skills of with standard office applications including strong data entry skills.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
