About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of professionals providing trusted advice or assurance on governance, internal controls and risk management activities in a large, complex environment
  • Manage the team’s performance and develop top talent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional designation CPA or CIA or other audit or risk related designations (e.g., CRM, CRMA, etc.)
  • Minimum 8 years experience in leadership (managing managers an asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues simply
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry
  • Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec
