Bilingual Consultant, Talent Management
IntactJoin Intact as a Bilingual Consultant in Talent Management, focusing on enhancing HR processes and collaboration in a hybrid work environment. Contribute to performance management and team development through bilingual communication.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Talent Management specialists and team leads to design, update, and standardize Talent Management materials, toolkits, and templates to ensure consistency and quality.
- Own and administer the team’s SharePoint ecosystem, including HR Zone (Talent Management and Performance Management landing pages), Manager Hub, and the Career Site; govern content standards, navigation, and ongoing optimization.
- Support in the preparation of data analytics by building monthly and quarterly reporting decks; synthesize metrics and commentary in collaboration with the Specialist to inform decision-making and leadership updates.
- Ensure all materials are available in English and French by leading translation, collaborating with the corporate communications team, and maintaining aligned bilingual terminology and style.
- Collaborate with team leads to build, publish, and maintain the IFC performance and talent management master calendar; align key milestones, dependencies, and communications across stakeholders.
- Provide operational support for talent reviews, performance cycles, and career center activities by ensuring timelines, tools, and communications are executed (within contact people).
- Support the team in coordinating talent development programs including assessment tools (i.e planning, sending communication, reporting and survey).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, communications, business or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- 3-5 years in human resources, talent management, learning & development, talent acquisition or communications with hands on program execution experience.
- Exposure to performance management and talent review processes, including cycle operations.
- Experience with reporting or dashboards for HR metrics.
- Experience in designing and delivering presentations and communications plans.
- Experience managing intranet/SharePoint or similar content platforms and improving UX is a plus.
- Attention to detail and quality control across materials, sites, calendars, and communications.
- Demonstrated ability to translate (French/English) and adapt Talent Management materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency of terminology, and cultural relevance across both languages.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
