About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop methods to inspire and build a highly effective and engaged team
- Implement leadership strategies and organizational process improvements
- Lead and manage effective relationships with Regional Managers and underwriters
- Act as ambassador for Corporate Personal Insurance, liaising with other departments
- Play a key role in staff selection and hiring
- Drive change and exhibit a can-do attitude while supporting team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, Law or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of strong leadership and management experience in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products and systems preferred
- Change leadership experience, implementing process improvements
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret results and make business decisions
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Experience with competitive practices and industry trends
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
