Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, Law or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 5 to 10 years of strong leadership and management experience in a relevant field
Strong knowledge of personal lines products and systems preferred
Change leadership experience, implementing process improvements
Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret results and make business decisions
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Experience with competitive practices and industry trends
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
