About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop methods to inspire and build a highly effective and engaged team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, Law or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of strong leadership and management experience in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products and systems preferred
- Change leadership experience, implementing process improvements
- Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret results and make business decisions
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Experience with competitive practices and industry trends
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
