Senior Training Consultant, Commercial Lines

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver technical learning programs with a strong focus on Commercial Property claims
- Create and update training content that reflects real-world adjusting scenarios, internal standards, and best practices
- Support onboarding and upskilling through workshops, case studies, file reviews, job aids, and coaching
- Partner with Claims Leaders and key stakeholders to identify performance gaps and prioritize training that improves outcomes
- Define learning objectives and measure effectiveness using feedback, assessments, audits, and performance metrics
- Continuously improve training materials, workflows, and enablement resources to increase consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes
- Bring in external industry trends and practices to keep technical content current and relevant.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of Commercial Property claims adjusting experience
- Strong technical capability in commercial property file handling, including complex coverage interpretation and end-to-end claim management
- Ability to translate technical knowledge into clear guidance and practical learning experiences
- Strong communication skills and credibility with adjusters and leaders; confident presenting to groups
- Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
- Continuous-improvement mindset focused on measurable results
- English/French bilingualism is an asset.
