Bilingual Senior Consultant, Human Resources – Employee Relations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the development of cutting-edge practices and recommendations to enhance the Respect in the Workplace Program and policy
- Develop excellent relationships with HR to become a key resource, advisor and expert for the HR community on employee relations and complex respect in the workplace issues
- Collaborate with various centers of expertise to develop and implement tools, standards, and templates designed to support operational HR teams with respect to Employee Relations
- Conduct workplace investigations and support HR, leaders and employees in successful resolution of workplace issues and conflicts
- Support the development and deployment of advanced training for HR professionals on respect in the workplace, conflict resolution, and mediation best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources with strong employee relations experience
- Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
- CHRP designation and Workplace mediation or investigation certification preferred
