About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the development of cutting-edge practices and recommendations to enhance the Respect in the Workplace Program and policy
Develop excellent relationships with HR to become a key resource, advisor and expert for the HR community on employee relations and complex respect in the workplace issues
Collaborate with various centers of expertise to develop and implement tools, standards, and templates designed to support operational HR teams with respect to Employee Relations
Conduct workplace investigations and support HR, leaders and employees in successful resolution of workplace issues and conflicts
Support the development and deployment of advanced training for HR professionals on respect in the workplace, conflict resolution, and mediation best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

A university degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources with strong employee relations experience
Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
CHRP designation and Workplace mediation or investigation certification preferred
