AI Product Manager – Speciality Lines

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive AI product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into a clear vision for value-oriented AI product development.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary agile team of business stakeholders, designers, data scientists, and developers from ideation to execution.
- Communicate clearly to stakeholders and leadership on product features, prioritization rationale, and success measures.
- Manage risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI products.
- Stay in the flow of industry best practices in AI product development.
- Monitor product performance: Track the impact of AI solutions.
- Iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure exceptional user experiences.
- Manage the backlog: Prioritize the backlog of work to ensure the product is delivered according to roadmaps.
- Guide sprint planning and execution to refine and prioritize AI-experience related tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of experience in creating and delivering digital enterprise or B2B products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: Able to align stakeholders and leadership through clear, concise communication.
- Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics.
- Expertise in presentations and workshop facilitation.
- Good understanding of technical aspects related to design and development.
- Experience with AI technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
