About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete inbound and outbound calls while documenting pertinent claims information to initiate the claims process for the injured parties
Coordinate and explain the claims process and available coverages in a clear, concise manner
Identify potential exposures and prepare recommendations for the handling adjuster
Assign claims to appropriate adjusters in the AB departments accordingly
Sell and connect claimants with preferred clinics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum one (1) year experience in a customer service role
Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
Computer literate and capable of working in a paperless environment
Team player, ability to build strong working relationships
High attention to detail with strong ability to multi-task and complete data entry
No Canadian work experience required; however, must be eligible to work in Canada
Strong resourcefulness, ability to work autonomously, and committed to self-development and willing to pursue your Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
