About the role
- Reporting to the Creative and Brand Team Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen IFC brands in the Canadian, U.S., and U.K. markets.
- Translate strategic direction into compelling designs across digital platforms such as social media, mobile apps, and motion/animation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and ensure projects align with brand guidelines.
- Work with the production lead to meet required delivery timelines.
- Contribute creative ideas and campaign brainstorming.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to financial services and digital media.
- Support the development of design systems and templates for scalable content creation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in branding and design.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications and design, or a related field.
- Experience overseeing visual elements across multiple channels, both digital and offline, ensuring effective brand application across all tactics.
- Expertise using design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create high-quality digital content and visual assets for web applications and social media.
- Recognized experience in video editing and motion/animation.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and produce high-quality digital assets.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, highly collaborative, enjoys problem-solving and building consensus.
- Bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
