About the role
- Define the AI (Artificial Intelligence) product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders and to understand business goals and translate them into a clear vision for AI user-centered product development.
- Manage the backlog: Prioritize the backlog of work to ensure the product is delivered according to roadmaps.
- Guide sprint planning and execution to refine and prioritize AI-experience related tasks.
- Facilitate cross-collaboration: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary agile team from idea generation to execution.
- Work with business stakeholders, designers, data scientists, and developers.
- Demonstrate the value of AI solutions through effective communication and presentations.
- Manage risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI products.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in AI development.
- Monitor product performance: Track the impact of AI solutions. Iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in creating and delivering digital products.
- Exceptional communication skills: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders through effective communication, serving as a leader who persuades and convinces with clarity.
- Expertise in agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
- Proven experience in product design.
- Expertise in presentations and workshop facilitation.
- Good understanding of technical aspects related to design and development.
- Experience with AI technologies is highly desirable.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
