About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively source ServiceNow professionals across modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
Build pipelines for: ServiceNow Developers, Solution / Platform Architects, Business Solution Consultants, Project Managers
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, clearance job boards, ServiceNow community networks, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate: ServiceNow certifications and implementation lifecycle experience, Consulting and client-facing background
Document screening notes and provide structured candidate summaries
Assess alignment with project requirements and consulting delivery expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on ServiceNow talent
2+ years experience sourcing cleared candidates (TS/SCI) and/or supporting federal contract hiring environments
Experience conducting technical and behavioral phone screenings
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and certification paths
Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or systems integrator environments
Experience sourcing cleared candidates or working within federal hiring environments
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
