About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze technical systems and processes with business partners and SMEs to create effective learning deliverables (e.g., simulations, job aids, quick-reference guides)
  • Design and develop curriculum and learning solutions in multiple formats (instructor-led, virtual, microlearning, eLearning) with emphasis on technical systems training
  • Implement learning strategies appropriate for different audiences and delivery modalities
  • Manage assigned projects/workstreams; plan, track, and report progress to stakeholders
  • Perform editing and quality control for training deliverables and communications
  • Measure learning effectiveness; summarize insights and recommend tactical improvements
  • Prepare facilitators and trainers for in-person and virtual technical systems training
  • Ensure SCORM compliance, LMS compatibility, and content integrity
  • Maintain process documentation and contribute to process education for system rollouts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2–3 years of instructional design experience, with emphasis on technical systems training
  • Experience with LMS administration and instructional design workflows
  • Experience in the insurance industry (Underwriting/Claims) strongly preferred
  • Some travel may be required, up to 25%
