Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously
Engage resources from multiple functional areas
Ensure clear understanding of project objectives among team members and stakeholders
Identify tasks, manage progress to plan, escalate issues and communicate regularly to stakeholders
Manage issues, risks and project change requests for successful on-time project delivery
Collaborate effectively with others in various work settings
Create and monitor atmosphere of teamwork, collaboration and empowerment for each project
Extensive interaction with customers across numerous business departments, as well as vendors and contractors
Implement project management practices for assigned areas and projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience required
At least 10 years of IT, Insurance and/or project management experience
Project Management professional certification desirable, but not required
Prior management, supervisory or team leader experience helpful
