About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for applying routine cash receipts to insurance balances receivable.
- Responsible for all billing and collection activity of receivables for assigned accounts
- Balances and allocates agent payments for fundamental accounts
- Resolves internal and external customer inquiries and escalates to management as appropriate
- Takes necessary steps to reconcile and resolve differences
- Assist with special projects to promote efficiency as assigned.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma with demonstrated experience required
- 1-3 years billing and collection services or equivalent experience preferred
