About the role
- Represent the U.S. compliance function ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide standards
- Serve as a trusted source of compliance advice for senior leaders and management
- Participate in the development of the annual Compliance plan
- Develop and maintain compliance-related policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance risk assessments
- Perform compliance assurance activities
- Lead or support regulatory engagement activities
- Oversee consumer complaint’s function
- Track legal and regulatory developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience working on compliance or risk matters required
- Advanced knowledge of compliance frameworks
- Regulatory expectations and industry best practices
- Experience in a global or highly regulated environment preferred
- Proven expertise in regulatory engagement, compliance assurance, or risk management preferred
